ERAS tutors volunteer 2 hours per week at their local elementary school to help a child build literacy skills. All training and lessons are provided for you and a high school diploma is required.

Students will provide a two-minute pitch on their identity, interests, and academic and/or career aspirations to a panel of volunteer judges. They'll end by answering the question: What do they hope to gain or learn from volunteers? Following student pitches, volunteers will answer questions about their career progression!
