Symphony of Nature Concert: Fall Sound Bath Concert

Join sound healer and musician Brooke Smokelin for a crystal bowl sound bath amid the colors of fall. While the crystal bowls guide the experience, the wind through the trees and the rustle of autumn leaves provide nature's own accompaniment. This restorative experience invites you to relax, listen deeply, and reconnect with nature and yourself on Frick's beautiful grounds.Guests are encouraged to bring a mat, blanket, or lawn chair and get comfortable on the lawn. Feel free to arrive 30 minutes early to wander the grounds and ease into the experience.The 75-minute program will be followed by a brief Q&A with the artist.
