Learn to Ride 101
Always wanted to learn how to ride a bike? Join our Learn to Ride Series and gain the skills and confidence to get rolling! Led by League Certified Instructors, this beginner-friendly course will teach you the fundamentals of cycling, including balancing, pedaling, starting, stopping, steering, and proper helmet fit.
While many people learn the basics in a single session, this three-week series is designed to provide extra practice and support so you can build confidence and develop the skills needed to ride comfortably and safely around the city. Participants must attend all three sessions to get the full benefit of the program.
This course is specifically designed for adults who do not know how to ride a bike. Come learn in a supportive, encouraging environment and take the first step toward a lifetime of biking!
This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students.
