Morgan James

Broadway-trained singer Morgan James brings a soulful R&B sensibility to both original songs and bold reinterpretations. She made her Broadway debut in The Addams Family, later appeared in Motown: The Musical, and has recorded a Nina Simone tribute, Morgan James Live: A Celebration of Nina Simone. Her albums include the original Hunter and Nobody’s Fool, while Soul Remains the Same recasts rock songs by AC/DC, Pearl Jam and others through a soul lens.
