Dan Streyle is a Pittsburgh native and CMU graduate (BSCE ’75). He has spent over 40 years as the Owner’s Rep / Project Manager leading the architectural, engineering and construction professionals to deliver building projects. He has supported large corporations, developers, municipalities and private businesses. His wide range of projects have included complex research & development labs, office, pilot plants, multi-family housing, parking structures and hospitality. Two signature projects were NFL football stadia for the Cincinnati Bengals and Arizona Cardinals. His projects have a current construction value well over $4 billion. Dan’s talk will focus on the collaboration between project professionals that resulted in many features of the Cardinals stadium. Diagrams and photos will show the challenge and resulting solutions for the building layout and exterior and unique items, such as, the 1st retractable roof on a curve and the 1 st fully retractable natural turf playing field.
