Dhanteras

Dhanteras marks the first day of the five-day Diwali festival, when participants worship Lord Dhanvantari, Goddess Lakshmi, and Kubera with hopes of wealth, health, and renewal. Observances may include house cleaning, decoration with incense sticks and flowers, lighting lamps, setting up altars with offerings, or fasting.
