Community-Centered AI Infrastructure Summit

We invite you to join us for the Community-Centered AI Infrastructure Summit, a statewide convening bringing together residents, community organizers, policymakers, researchers, technologists, energy experts, labor and environmental advocates, and others to consider the opportunities, challenges, and governance of AI infrastructure development in Pennsylvania. As data centers and related AI infrastructure expand across the Commonwealth, communities are confronting questions about energy use and electricity affordability, environmental impacts, economic and workforce development, community benefits, public accountability, and democratic participation. The summit will create space to learn from community experiences and emerging research, examine policy responses, and identify shared priorities for more equitable, sustainable, and accountable AI infrastructure development.
