New This Year: Attendees Get Entered Into a Chance to Win $100 Oktoberfest Pittsburgh Prize Pack With Each Ticket Purchase   Sept. 23, 2026 Downtown Pittsburgh – The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership’s (PDP) popular Views & Brews Downtown Living Tour returns on Wednesday, October 7, from 4 – 8 p.m. with a Bavarian-inspired twist. The 2026 edition of the residential tour – which showcases the very best the Golden Triangle has to offer potential residents and real estate aficionados – makes its appearance during this year’s Oktoberfest Pittsburgh (Oct. 1-11). Views and Brews guests will get to try delicious authentic German brews while touring eight Downtown properties.  “Views & Brews has become a fan favorite for delicious beer tastings but, more importantly, for anyone, like me, who is simply ‘nebby’ about real estate. We’re looking forward to bringing it back this year during Oktoberfest Pittsburgh,” said Jeremy Waldrup, PDP President and CEO. “We value every opportunity to engage folks with Downtown, and this is an important component of the Downtown economy in supporting an increasingly vibrant residential neighborhood for people to live, work, play, and thrive. This year’s event truly reflects that ideology; participants will enjoy seeing Oktoberfest – which could be in their future backyard, as a Downtown resident!   The event will kick off in Market Square, where the tours will begin and end. Ticket holders will have exclusive access to explore LiveWell Apartments, The Commonwealth Building, The Clark Building, BF Jones Building, Lumière at 350 Oliver, Piatt Place Downtown, The Maginn Lofts, and Encore Apartments.   At each property, tourgoers will explore common spaces, amenities, and model units, while sampling a selection of traditional German imported beers.   As a bonus, Views and Brews ticket holders will be automatically entered into a giveaway for a chance to win a $100 prize pa
