2026 LRDC Colloquium Series: The Human Connection

Join the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) as they welcome Dr. Jennie Grammer to speak as part of the 2026 LRDC Colloquium Series: The Human Connection. Dr. Grammer is an Associate Professor of Education at University of Califonia at Los Angeles (UCLA); and Faculty Director, UC|CSU (Univeristy of California and California State University) Collaborative for Neuroscience, Diversity and Learning. Dr. Grammer studies how experiences in school shape students’ cognitive development and learning. Dr. Grammer will present "Understanding Cognitive Control in Real-World Classrooms: Integrating Educator Expertise and Real-World Neuroscience." The LRDC Colloquium Series features a range of distinguished speakers from a variety of disciplines, bringing unique perspectives to timely topics. All are welcome.
