We are thrilled to announce the first annual Jump Cut Pittsburgh Noir Film Festival happening on September 19th, 2026 at The Parkway Theater & Film Lounge in the seductive, dark and rainy alleyways of Pittsburgh, PA.The Jump Cut Pittsburgh Noir Film Festival highlights the beloved dark cinematic noir genre and all of its glorious moral ambiguity.
