Sound Bath with Grace

Take an hour to relax and destress at a Heinz Chapel crystal bowl Sound Bath with Grace. Grace Farney is a flutist, performer, and educator based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her sound baths, Grace offers a unique sound healing experience incorporating both singing bowls and flute into her practice. Participants will experience the healing nature of sound baths through immersive sound vibrations that are intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of calm and mindfulness.
