Sweetwater RAD Open House

On August 29, the RAD Open House returns to the Sweetwater Center for the Arts from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring the whole family and wander through Sweetwater’s studios, meet artists and instructors, and experience hands-on activities at zero cost.Visitors can enjoy several stations of artistic fun, including: A fresh flower stand with Selina Courtney of Green Hen Farm Live plein air painting with Kimberly Dominguez Live portrait painting with Nathan Archinal Sourdough samples from Kiri Harper Fresh pasta from Huck Beard The SweetRide with Erin Mangan Comic book creation with Armand Ceres Needle Felting with Bea Angeles Hand-built clay creations Proudly supported by RAD, Sweetwater hosts RAD Open Houses throughout the year, offering free, family-friendly events.
