Artificial intelligence (AI) is an intervention into an already existing complex human system, carrying embedded values, economic incentives and power structures. Yet as AI rapidly integrates into education, the dominant conversation often focuses on technical adoption, policy enforcement or efficiency gains. This talk asks a more foundational question about the education ecosystem itself. This is a hybrid event. In-person attendance is open to the AUC community (faculty, staff, TAs and students).
