He enjoys unpacking the details of complicated issues and devising solutions for the betterment of his clients and their goals.Nathan focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving, tax-exempt organizations, and other tax and corporate matters. Nathan is the co-leader of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Wealth Planning, Tax, and Tax-Exempt Organizations team. Armed with a deep understanding of the practical needs of his clients, Nathan assists individuals and families in wealth succession planning and advises nonprofits and religious organizations in formation and governance matters. He frequently counsels clients in their planned charitable giving and provides assistance in the creation of private foundations. And, as a volunteer and board member for multiple charities and as a trustee for a private foundation, Nathan has a keen understanding of the practical needs of nonprofits.Nathan Graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), from the Notre Dame law school.
