Please join us for the 2026 International Philosophy of Medicine Roundtable Conference, which will be held virtually September 14-18, 2026, and hosted by the University of Pittsburgh.
Organized by Institute core faculty as well as members of the Department of History and Philosophy of Science, this year's conference will feature more than 15 sessions exploring topics at the intersection of philosophy and medicine, including diagnosis, uncertainty, artificial intelligence, policy, measurement, extrapolation, and testimony.

The 13th International Philosophy of Medicine Roundtable will be held online, hosted by the Department of History and Philosophy of Science, the Center for Philosophy of Science, and the Institute for Bioethics at the University of Pittsburgh.
