Ask-an-Archivist Panel

Please join us for a panel discussion on archives, organized by Three Rivers Archivists (TRA) and the Bernadette Callery Archives Lecture Series on Tuesday, November 10th from 7 to 8 p.m. on the third floor of the Information Sciences Building at the University of Pittsburgh. Students will hear from Amanda Ciccone (Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh), Julia Corrin (Carnegie Mellon University), Emily Kubincanek (Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh), and Anna Samuels (Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation). These archivists will reflect on their own experiences in graduate school and answer crowd-sourced questions on topics including skill-building for the profession, navigating the job market, the nitty-gritty of working in the archives field, and more! Refreshments will be provided.
