We are excited to announce our partnership with AHN Montour Sports Complex to launch our off-site hybrid fitness race event series with multiple competition dates lined up through the year to keep you competing, preparing, and progressing! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF SWEAT BAR FITNESS. Sweat Bar Fitness is a coaching based functional fitness, HIIT, strength & conditioning gym Oakdale, PA. We host a wide range of endurance and fitness events each year, including 3 ultra-distance trail races at Settlers Cabin Park, Splash & Dash swim/run events, social 5Ks, and our in-house HYBAR fitness race competitions.
