Open Mic Night

Share your talent or cheer on your friends at C4C's Open Mic Night! Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping on stage for the very first time, everyone is welcome. No auditions or experience required: Just sign up for a performance slot and have fun in a supportive, creative atmosphere. Perform spoken word, poetry, music, dance, monologues, skits, or almost any other creative act. Performance slots are up to 5 minutes and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Planning to perform? Arrive by 6:45 p.m. to sign up and participate in the 7 p.m. sound check. The show begins at 7:15 p.m. You can also sign up during the event if space remains, but performance slots often fill early. Microphones, a keyboard, acoustic and electric guitars, and amps are available. If you're bringing your own equipment or using a backing track, please arrive before 7 p.m. to test your setup. Open to all Pitt students, faculty, and staff. Come to perform, discover new talent, meet fellow creatives, or simply enjoy an evening of live performances and community. Registration is welcome but not required. Registering lets us know you're interested in attending. It does not reserve a performance slot or commit you to performing.
