This is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in recruitment, nonprofit work, or community engagement while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote volunteer opportunities through community outreach, social media, and events.
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to attract new volunteers.
- Screen and match volunteers to roles that fit their interests and skills.
- Help organize and attend recruitment events and presentations.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and track recruitment efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for volunteerism and community service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in recruitment, outreach, or volunteer coordination is a plus-but not required.
- Comfortable using email, social media, and basic office tools.
