PA Long Term-Care Ombudsman Volunteer

Advocate for the rights of residents in long-term facilities. Provide emotional support to residents and investigate complaints working with facility staff for a resolution. Educate residents and their families about Resident Rights and services.

Training will be provided by Pennsylvania Department of Aging so you can advocate for those who can’t advocate for themselves. Must be 18 years of age or older and requires State Police and Child Protective Clearance.
