Pittsburgh International Airport is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to support our passengers and help ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience. As an Airport Ambassador, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and accessible environment for travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with wayfinding and navigating the terminal.
  • Escort first time flyers or passengers with hidden disabilities.
  • Provide translation services via an online interpreter or your own language skills.
  • Participate in airport tours and other special events.

  • An Aviation Enthusiast.

Time Commitment

Care Crew volunteers are to work an average of 12 hours per month.
