About Us:

At Survivor PAC, we are committed to the mission of advancing policies and initiatives that support survivors and combat sexual assault. We are a passionate and dedicated Political Action Committee (PAC) that believes in creating a safer, more equitable society for all. Our work revolves around survivor empowerment, consent education, prevention, and support for survivors.

Position Description:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of survivors and advocate for change in sexual assault policies? We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team and contribute their skills and passion to our cause. As a volunteer with the Sexual Assault Advocacy PAC, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting change in the fight against sexual assault.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advocacy Support: Collaborate with our team to advocate for policies and legislation that address sexual assault at local, state, and federal levels.

  2. Awareness and Education: Assist in raising awareness about sexual assault issues, promoting consent education, and offering educational resources to communities.

  3. Survivor Support: Contribute to efforts that provide resources and assistance to survivors, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.

  4. Campaigning: Get involved in fundraising and campaigning to mobilize support for our mission.

  5. Building Credibility: Help create essential elements like logos, websites, and marketing materials to strengthen our presence and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for the mission of ending sexual assault and supporting survivors.
  • Commitment to creating a safer and more just society.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of like-minded individuals.
  • Skills in graphic design, web development, or marketing are a plus.

Time Commitment:

Your time commitment as a volunteer is flexible and can be adapted to your schedule. We value your dedication, whether you can contribute a few hours a week or more.

Our organization seeks to serve the kids of Crafton Heights and surrounding communities. One way to do that is by providing a safe space for completing homework! The "Homework Help" After School Program is open to kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We are looking for volunteers to be the "Help" for the students we see!

We are excited for our fall programs to begin, but since we just wrapped up a 6 week summer camp for 97 kids, we need to clean, organize, and reset! This is an opportunity best for teams of people who love to find order in the chaos and care about kids having safe spaces to learn, grow, and be loved!
