Northland Public Library (Ross Township / McCandless area — one of the largest non-CLP branches in Allegheny County) accepts adult volunteers across program support and the semi-annual book sale. PA Act 153 clearances (PA Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI for non-PA residents) are required for most roles, renewable every 60 months. Book-sale-only volunteers are exempt from the clearance requirement.
