The 3Rs of animal research, Reduction, Replacement and Refinement, are internationally accepted, foundational principles that safeguard the humane treatment of animals used in research, teaching, and testing. The 3Rs champion excellence in medical and scientific research and in this session Animal Research Protection (ARP) coordinators will focus on Reduction: minimizing animal numbers without forfeiting data quality.
This webinar is relevant for investigators, postdocs, graduate students, and staff members who maintain or are listed on active IACUC protocols. This is intended to be informative, and attendance is NOT required
