When we focus and take note of the good things in our day, even if they are very small, we notice those more often and dwell less on the negatives. Writing can be used in several ways to manage stress. Some methods include expressive writing where you write everything that is bothering you then destroy it, other include writing or journaling for fun. The method we will use in this SOTG is gratitude writing.
