The meal kits can't be packed without you! As part of the setup team, you'll help unload food pallets, sort ingredients, and stock packing stations before meal kit assembly begins. Your work is essential to the success of the event, ensuring volunteers have everything they need to efficiently pack thousands of meal kits for distribution across our region. This shift involves frequent lifting, bending, carrying, and moving cases of food and is ideal for volunteers who enjoy active, hands-on work.
The event will take place at the David. L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh. Information on parking options will be sent via email prior to the event. United Way is unable to reimburse for any parking expenses.
