Magee Hat Makers — UPMC Magee-Womens Volunteer

UPMC hospital volunteer opportunity at UPMC Magee-Womens — Magee Hat Makers. The Magee Hat Makers meet twice a month in the lobby at Magee-Womens Hospital to knit, crochet, and loom hats.

Volunteers make hats for newborns and "chemo caps" for cancer patients going through chemotherapy. Patients may choose their own hats from the Magee Hat Makers.

We are looking for someone to make weekly phone calls to our home hospice patients. You will make "tuck-in calls" to make sure that the patients and families have everything they need for the weekend. Phone calls are typically made Wednesdays or Thursdays.
