Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh (WC&S) supports survivors of domestic violence with emergency shelter, hotline counseling, court advocacy, and children's programming. Volunteer roles include Hotline Volunteer (after extensive training), Court Advocate (accompanying survivors to Protection From Abuse hearings), Shelter Support (childcare, donation organizing), and event/fundraising help. PA Act 153 clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and 40-hour training program required for direct-service roles.
