496 West: Juneteenth In the Square (Western Pennsylvania Juneteenth Celebration 2026)

Annual celebration in downtown Pittsburg 496 West is a smooth jazz and soul collective from Lansing, Michigan, founded in 2008 by guitarist Charlie Wilson. Their music combines jazz, R&B, soul, a little blues and gospel. They feature horns, keys, soulful vocals, and rhythm. The band plays both original songs and reimagined classics and has performed at major festivals and corporate events like the Columbus Jazz & Ribs Festival, Glass City Jazz Festival, An Evening of Smooth Jazz, Shoreline Jazz Festival and the Great Lakes Jazz & Arts Festival. They have shared stages with Gerald Albright, the late Nick Colionne, Alexander Zonjic, Kirk Whalum, Norman Brown, Tim Bowman, Euge Groove, Bob Baldwin, Tom Braxton, Tim Cunningham, Jazz in Pink and more.
