WO - Guided Walk and Mindfulness Practice with Park Rangers
Enjoy a break from noise and busyness. Experience a short walk followed by a stationary, guided mindfulness practice to help you de-stress and relax in nature. We may be sitting on the ground for the mindfulness portion. You may bring a folding chair or ground cloth for comfort. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
