Greater Pittsburgh 5k Event Location: Schenley Park The address is: 1 Overlook Drive Pittsburgh PA 15217 Event Date: Thursday eve July 30st, 2026 Event Times: 5:00-6:30: Team packet pick-up, company gathering 6:30-7:30 5k run/walk 7:30-9:00 Post-race party & awards Testimonials: “Everyone on the Michael Baker Team had a great time. The McGuire Woods team had so much fun and plans on being back next year.” Rachel Slick-McGuire Woodss Event Staging: The pre-race staging (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will take place at the Oval Shelter which is right next to the ice rink within Schenley Park. Plenty of comfortable picnic and banquet table seating will be available for all. Race Course: The 5k course will is 2 loops around Schenley Park with the start/finish line right near the Oval Shelter. Party and Catering The post-race party featuring free beer, free pizza and other free goodies will be staged on the section of grass next to the Oval Shelter. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. We will provide comfortable table seating for your entire team. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals. Parking: Plenty of free parking is available around the park, mostly on the streets. Registration Fee: $48 per team member.
