Location & Training
- Work Location: Murrysville, PA
- This is a 100% onsite, full-day role, so candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.
- After joining, all selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 3-week training program at the client's training centre in Cleveland, OH.
- All travel, lodging, and related training expenses will be borne by the client.
Responsibilities:
- We are open to candidates coming from Technical Support, L1 Support, Desktop Support, IT Support, or similar backgrounds.
- Prior experience with medical devices is not mandatory.
- The client will provide training on monitor configuration, validation, and QC processes.
