The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive end-to-end application architecture and technical solutions.
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead the development and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor senior engineers.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Work with messaging platforms such as IBM MQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Drive application modernization, performance optimization, and cloud adoption.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
