Ensure compl. with ISO 9001 design controls, change mgt, CAPA, while maint. accurate eng. doc. Lead projects all phases of execution, manage sched., deliv., purchasing, costing. Support prototype dev., test, validation, & collab. with manufac. & quality teams to resolve design issues. Dev. Excel-based tools for eng. calcs. Coord. with cust. & domestic/intern’l vendors for scope def., sourcing, fabr., quote ,& feasibility assess. Bachelors Mechanical Eng. & 6 mths exp.  (partime, internship & project work accepted) in DFM principles, creating 3D models, prep. of tech. drawings in accord. with ASME/ISO standards, dev. BOMs, cost model. using Excel & vendor coord. Profic. in CAD software (one of the following: SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or CATIA). Educ. in thermal sys., structural analysis, thermodynamics, heat transfer. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. 10% domestic & intern’l travel to cust. & vendor sites. J.
